How quickly can you assess my palms?
Most free assessments are scheduled within 3-5 business days. Emergency situations (actively dying palms, active infestations) can often be accommodated within 24-48 hours.
When is the best time to treat palms?
Preventive treatments can be done year-round, but spring (March-May) is ideal for maximum protection before peak weevil activity in summer.
Do you really provide free estimates?
Yes! All palm health assessments and treatment estimates are completely free with no obligation.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! We can arrange payment plans for larger projects. Contact us to discuss options.
Can you treat palms that are already showing symptoms?
It depends on the severity. During your free assessment, we’ll honestly tell you if the palm is saveable or beyond help. We won’t take your money for false hope.

How long does treatment take?
Most residential properties (5-10 palms) can be treated in 2-4 hours. We’ll give you a time estimate during your assessment.
